Rhonda said “there have been some days that there isn’t an empty seat available as Both Watches Cafe has become such a popular space to host meetings. One of the televisions has even been adapted as a screen projector to access presentation materials”.

Former CO HMAS Cerberus Captain Steven Bowater, who is the new COMSHORE was witness to much of the change over  the last 12 months commented that “it’s great to see the team at Navy Canteens implementing changes for the welfare of Cerberus’ sailors.

“The re-purposing of the Both Watches Cafe in April 2016 with the new feel and generous menu provided our staff, trainees, contractors and families a place to meet that is welcoming, professional and affordable”.
